With a background in technology, business leadership, and advocacy, Jeanine combines innovation with a deeply personal mission: helping families find the support, resources, and guidance they need to care for the people they love.

Josephine brings more than 15 years of hands-on caregiving and caregiver management experience. Throughout her career, she has helped families navigate care needs while supporting and mentoring professional caregivers.

Her expertise spans caregiver placement, care coordination, family support, and caregiver supervision. Josephine is passionate about ensuring every family receives compassionate, dependable care and that every caregiver is equipped to provide exceptional support.

Rizza is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a licensed Residential Care Facility professional with extensive experience in senior care and caregiver education.

She leads MyCareDrop's caregiver training and quality programs, helping ensure caregivers meet the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and safety. Her background in both direct care and care home operations provides families with confidence that their loved ones are receiving knowledgeable and attentive support.
